We believe gaming should be fun, safe, and controlled. Your safety and well-being are our top priority.
Newpkluke is an entertainment betting and gaming platform that offers millions of users in Bangladesh thrilling experiences in cricket, football, slots, and casino games. However, we understand that online betting and gaming should be for entertainment only and should never become a source of financial problems or mental stress. Responsible gaming means keeping your gaming activity under control, staying within budget, and knowing when to stop.
We at newpkluke are deeply committed to responsible gaming and have incorporated multiple tools and features on our platform to help you manage your gaming habits. If you feel that your gaming or someone you know's gaming is going out of control, it is important to take action immediately. Our goal is to create an environment where every player feels safe and can enjoy knowing their limits.
For responsible gaming on our platform, we follow a few fundamental principles that keep every user safe and aware. First, gaming should always be for entertainment and should not be seen as a means of earning money. Second, set your budget and never spend beyond your means. Third, manage your time and make sure gaming is not interfering with your family, work, or social life. Fourth, never bet more to chase lost money because it can lead to bigger losses.
At the newpkluke platform, we provide you with complete transparency and control. You can go to your account settings anytime to set your deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits. These tools help you track your spending and make informed decisions. If you want to take a break, use our self-exclusion option which can be set from 24 hours to permanently.
Set your daily or weekly gaming session time. newpkluke will alert you before the time limit is reached and automatically end the session to keep you in control.
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to stay within your budget. These limits protect you from overspending and help build responsible gaming habits.
Exclude yourself for any period of time - 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. During this time you cannot log in or place bets and it is strictly enforced for your protection.
Set your maximum loss amount. Once this limit is reached, you cannot place any more bets for that period, protecting you from major financial loss.
Set reminders for regular breaks. Every 30, 60, or 90 minutes you will receive a notification telling you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent.
View your complete betting and transaction history. newpkluke provides you with detailed reports so you can analyze your spending and patterns.

Newpkluke is strictly for users 18+ and we completely prohibit underage gaming. We have a robust age verification system and verify government-approved ID for every new account. However, parents and guardians should also monitor their children's online activity and set parental controls on their devices.
If you are a parent or guardian, ensure that your login information and payment details are kept secure and private. Use strong passwords and two-factor authentication on your devices so children cannot gain unauthorized access. You can block betting and gaming sites on your router or install third-party filtering software. newpkluke works in partnership with parents and if we learn that an underage account exists, we immediately suspend that account and refund all funds.
If a family member is suffering from a gaming problem, it is important to be compassionate and supportive. Do not criticize or judge them because it can isolate them further. Instead, start an open and honest conversation and tell them you are ready to help and support them. Encourage them to seek professional counseling and help and accompany them if needed. Help them manage their financial access and set up security measures on their devices.
